ACC Sensitive Claims Service:
Psykhe Psychoanalytic Practice is proud to serve as a supplier for the ACC new Sensitive Claims Service, offering client-centered support to survivors of sexual abuse and assault. Our team in Central Auckland consists of diverse clinicians, including Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers, all dedicated to delivering therapeutic services to individuals of all ages—children, young people, and adults alike.
- Our clinicians represent a wide range of cultural backgrounds, ensuring that we can accommodate your preferences and needs. We also extend our services to support families and whānau of survivors.
If you are a survivor of sexual abuse and are finding it challenging to manage your day-to-day well-being, we encourage you to reach out. We are committed to connecting you with a clinician who can provide the support you need. Upon engaging with one of our professionals, you will receive a comprehensive explanation of the process and have the opportunity to ask any questions. Importantly, all sessions are fully funded by ACC, meaning there are no costs.
Wāhine Ora: Healing from Chronic Pain Through Connection Group
Wāhine Ora: Healing from Chronic Pain Through Connection is a trauma-informed therapeutic group designed for women living with chronic pain, particularly those whose experiences are linked to trauma. The programme offers a gentle and supportive space to reconnect with the body, build resilience, and foster healing through somatic practices, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and peer support within a kaupapa-informed framework.
The group begins on 15 May 2026 and runs for five weekly sessions on Fridays at 5:00 PM. Sessions are held at Family Action, 197 Universal Drive, Henderson, Auckland, and are open to women aged 21 and over under ACC Sensitive Claims.

Marco (he/him) is committed to continuous professional development in supporting youth and families in Aotearoa. He currently serves as the Service Manager for a Community Support Service within the NGO sector and facilitates youth and children’s groups under the COPMIA model, ensuring safe and effective practices when working with young people. With over five years of experience working with children and youth in the educational sector overseas, he has developed a strong understanding of youth engagement and the dynamics of facilitating group programs. In New Zealand, he has more than five years of experience as a facilitator of psychoeducational programs. In addition, he is also registered as a NZAC counsellor, and works in private practice, offering counselling sessions in English and Spanish to support clients with a range of psychological and personal challenges.
